Bikram Yoga is a series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a room heated to 40° with 40% humidity. The series was designed by Bikram Choudhury to improve strength, flexibility, cardio-vascular fitness, concentration, patience, determination and overall health - it is a one-stop shop for mental, emotional and physical fitness. Every class is beginner friendly and every class is challenging - so whether you are an experienced practitioner or have never done any form of exercise before, all are welcome.

For people who want want to try other types of yoga, we also have a regular POWER YOGA and VINYASA FLOW Classes. These are 75 minutes yoga classes, with background music and practiced in a non-heated room.
